The Profile
Founder/Director

Eugene Wee graduated with a BSc (Hons) Business Computing & Information Technology from University of Wales (UK). He pursued a career in the Singapore Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) for 6 years and thereafter went into corporate training and consultancy. His work with MINDEF earned him commendation for life-saving, and was later also awarded the Good Service Medal.
He believes that money cannot buy happiness and that in his little ways, he can make a difference.
Eugene took a turn in life at the age of 26. He gave up his promising career to start RADION International to make a difference in the lives of marginalized communities.
Head of Marketing & Collaborations (Singapore)

Alvin Ong is a full-time Christian ministry worker with Singapore Campus Crusade for Christ, where he has been with since obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. With music as an area of passion in life, coupled with his training in engineering, Alvin has found the perfect workplace where he functions both as a musician (he plays the Bass and Acoustic Guitar), and an Operations personnel responsible for finance, logistics, and facilities management. In his four years, he has toured with bands both as a musician and band manager.
The ‘pressures’ (work) of life is never complete without the ‘pleasures’ (play) in life. In his free time, Alvin enjoys spying on the latest tech developments, dreams of owning the latest Apple products, dabbles a little in his new-found hobby of photography, loves chilling out in his hammock by the beach, and last but not least, enjoys a leisurely beer or two with his buddies.
Administrative Resource Coordinator (Singapore)

Shirleen Ng graduated in Biotechnology in 2005 and spent the next six years running her family’s business in the fashion industry.
Shirleen started volunteering at animal shelters from a young age and has been supporting children through various charities. She met Eugene on a dive trip in Bali and with a heart for serving the underprivileged. She subsequently joined RADION International in 2010 to pioneer RADION’ s work in Singapore.
To unwind, she loves spending her time in nature and snuggling with her dogs while reading a good book. As much as she loves the wilderness, she is also fascinated with technology. With a keen eye for details and art, she enjoys taking photos and paints occasionally.
