Receiving Your Meal

Meals are delivered to all Gala guests on the event day (12 December).

However, you may also choose to consume your meal on a different day by redeeming a gift voucher at one of PeraMakan’s dining outlets.

Ayam Buah Keluak

Chicken braised in garam assam & Indonesian black nut pulp.

Ayam Kleo

Chicken in mild spicy coconut gravy.

Ayam Sio

Chicken in sweet & sour coriander sauce.

Babi Pongtay

Pork belly, dried shitake mushrooms & winter bamboo shoots braised in delicious bean sauce.

Beef Rendang

Tender pieces of beef cooked in spicy coconut gravy with serondeng.

Cinchalok Omelette

Fluffy egg omelette filled with green chillies, onions & preserved shrimps.

Ikan Garam Assam

Fresh mackerel cooked in Garam Assam gravy served with brinjals and ladyfingers.

Nyonya Chap Chye

Cabbage & Chinese dried ingredients braised in delicious bean sauce.

Nyonya Ngoh Hiang

Deep-fried prawn & pork rolls served with Luak Chye.

Nyonya Pork Ribs

Pork ribs braised in Nyonya spices with a tangy sauce.

Nyonya Tauhu

Deep-fried tauhu served with a delicious minced pork & prawns in taucheo gravy.

Sambal Sotong

Fat & juicy squids cooked in sambal titek.

Sambal Terung

Grilled brinjals with onion sambal.

Seafood Otak

Unique to PeraMakan. Fish, squids & prawns in a rich spicy paste, grilled on a kunyit (tumeric) leaf.
