RADION International is led by an independent Singapore Board of Directors, providing strategic direction, governance and long-term oversight for the organisation.

In Thailand, a local Board of Directors provides operational oversight, local expertise and accountability, ensuring our work is managed responsibly within the country.

Both Boards are supported by a panel of expert advisors in areas such as law, finance, medicine, development and technology.

Our financial accounts are also independently audited each year to ensure transparency and accountability.

RADION was founded in 2007 by two Singaporeans with a calling to serve communities in places where few others would go.

Our name, “RADION”, comes from RADiating missIONs — reflecting a belief that has shaped our work from the beginning: every life matters.

Since then, RADION has grown to serve thousands of lives across Asia.

Our short-term relief programmes, typically lasting one to three years, have supported communities in Myanmar, Laos, the Philippines and Thailand, while our long-term development work focuses on building local capacity and strengthening communities in Thailand.

We believe in building relationships that last. Meaningful change begins with trust, consistency and a willingness to walk alongside communities over time. We listen, learn and work with local people to strengthen ownership and create solutions that can endure.

We serve in places where few or none will go. We intentionally reach underserved and overlooked communities, including those that are difficult to access, bringing practical support, dignity and hope where it is needed most.
