2025
Our company recently hosted a three-day Staff Training 2025 on the topic of "Living with Intent" to strengthen and develop our team from within. The training was led by expert trainers from Logos Learning, Mr Ng Choon Jin and Mr Jerome, who created a deep and engaging learning atmosphere.
The training began with relationship-building activities and goal setting, creating a safe space for everyone to learn and open up. The main activity for the day was Cup Stack, which helped the team practice working together under constraints while improving communication, listening, and adaptability. The day concluded with an EG Recap, where participants reflected on their own and others' behaviours. This was a crucial first step in understanding differences and fostering genuine teamwork.
On the second day, the trainers delved into the world of thoughts and communication using the Emergenetics® framework. Everyone learned to understand and appreciate the diverse thinking styles and personality traits of their colleagues. A key focus was learning to see each person's strengths and adapting communication styles to suit these differences. By understanding "people," we can communicate and work together more effectively.
The final day was dedicated to connecting all the lessons from the first two days to prepare for sustainable change. The three-day training was filled with profound learning, physical and mental challenges that pushed our potential, purposeful collaboration, and a genuine intent to change from within. The goal is to build a stronger team and organisation, starting with the small steps we will all take from now on.
This training not only provided knowledge but also built a foundation of understanding, openness, and cooperation among employees, which is essential for our company's long-term growth.
